In this short 3-minute video, Kenmont's former Membership Coordinator, Jessica Snyder, guides you through the process of navigating our membership platform. MemberSplash Instructions for Registering

1. First, you'll need to login. If you've forgotten your password, you'll need to use the hyperlink in the login window (see red arrow in screenshot above) to retrieve a password associated with your family's main email account. https://kenmont.membersplash.com.
   
   
2. Once you've logged in using the password in the email sent to your main member's email address, you may need to add a new family member. Do that by clicking on the 3-dot menu at the far right side of the Members box (see screenshot above) and select "Add Member".
   
   
3. Register and pay your dues and the capital improvement fee. Two ways to do this. On the landing page after logging in, under Account Summary, you'll see red highlighted text, saying "Your dues payment status is: Unpaid" and there is a link to "Pay Now". Click it and start. Or you can use the drop down Payments menu in the site's navigation bar and choose "Make a Payment".
   
   
4. Check the appropriate boxes on the registration form. If you are renewing, check the renewal box and then be sure to check the boxes next to the family members you want to register. Do not check the box next to family members who were under 3 on January 1, 2025. If you don't see other family members, go back to the dashboard and add your family members as described in step 2.
   
   
5. You can also purchase guest passes singly or at a discounted rate for a 10-pack. Please note, the number of available guest passes we have on file for you is easily seen on the main dashboard when you log in.
   
   
6. Check out by entering your credit card information and submitting the form. You should see a screen telling you that your registration was successful and you should receive an email with your receipt. If you don't, please contact membership@kenmont.com for assistance immediately. We must have your payment in hand by April 3 or you are not guaranteed active summer membership for 2025.
