Pool Management

Kenmont's lifeguards, gate guards and onsite managers are hired and managed by an independent pool management company hired by the Kenmont Board of Directors. LightHouse has been selected as the management company for 2025. They have managed the pool since 2022.

Hiring Process

LightHouse began accepting applications for guards on January 1 and the application process usually ends in early February.  Please check the LightHouse website beginning in late December of each year to be alerted to when they begin accepting applications for the following summer. https://www.lighthouse-pools.com/employment/
