Fall-Spring Court Usage Fee

After the pools close for the summer season, Kenmont offers our members access to our tennis, pickleball, basketball and volleyball courts to members for an additional fee of $75 per membership.

Your Fee Gives You

• Access for all members of your household
• 7 days a week from Fall 2024 - Spring 2025
• 8:00am - 9:00pm
• Two lighted tennis on which are painted four pickleball courts (reservations available online; pickleball nets are stored in a closet you will be given access to)
• Basketball/volleyball court (not well lighted for nighttime use)
• Access to the locker rooms

Policies & Rules

• In addition to paying the fee, all adult members (18+) MUST complete the waiver and release of liability form themselves.
• A parent or guardian MUST complete the waiver form and list any children under 18 in your household who will enter the Club.
• Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• No access to the interior stairwell or main floor of the clubhouse.
• No access to the pool, picnic or playground areas.
• Guests may use the courts for no additional fee, but guests 18+ need to complete aguest waiver and release of liability form. Guests under 18 need the guest waiver form to be completed by their parent or guardian. You may not bring as a free guest anyone who is a part of another Kenmont household.
  

How to Pay and Get Access

• Login to MemberSplash
• Click "Payments" in the blue navigation menu, and select "Make a Payment".
• You should see a form with the option to pay the Fall-Spring Court Fee. Check the box for that fee and complete the transaction. 
• You'll receive an email confirmation.
• Send an email to board@kenmont.com requesting re-activation or set up of a key fob (or fobs) and/or access through the UniFi Identity App for your phone. Please include the name(s) and email address(es) you will use for your fobs and/or your account(s) on the Identity App. Only available for those 16+ years of age.
