Off Season Clubhouse Rentals

The Kenmont Clubhouse is available for rent during the off season, late September through early May.

Perfect for parties, reunions, and other get-togethers, the casual indoor facility features the following amenities: 

• Large Professional Refrigerator and Freezer
• Professional Kitchen Sink
• Ice Machine
• Microwave Oven (there is no oven, stove, or dishwasher)
• Large Buffet Tables 
• Twelve 6' Rectangle Tables
• Eight 3' Round Tables
• 96 Chairs
• Heated in Winter/Ceiling Fans
• Updated LED Lighting
• Bathrooms
• Flat Screen TV

The rental fee is $300 per event for members and non-members, including pre-event cleaning.  You will have plenty of time to set-up, please include the time you'd like to access the clubhouse to begin your setup on the request form. A $300 refundable security deposit is also required. 

You provide your own decorations, linens, "mood lighting", plates, cups, utensils, etc.

Once you have received confirmation that your date has been reserved, you'll be provided information on how to pay.
