Party Reservations

Party Reservation Information and Form

We are happy to have members host birthday parties or other group parties on the club grounds during the summer season. We have set up a self-serve reservation system that allows members to check the calendar for availability and make a reservation for either 15 or 25 attendees. Event duration is limited to 3 hours. A reservation is required and may be made up to six weeks in advance and should be made at latest 1 week prior to your party. There is no fee for your reservation.

Policies & Guidance for Planning a Party

  1. Parties may not be held during peak times such as holidays, holiday weekends and after 5:00 pm on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.  Parties must be completed by 5pm at the latest on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
  2. When you reserve your date and time, you must choose one of the available 3 hour party slots from the new MemberSplash Reservation system. Choose Party 1 or Party 2 if you will have 15 party attendees or fewer. Choose Party 3 if you expect 16-25 attendees. The maximum party size is 25 total party attendees. You may only book one party slot per week. Larger parties cannot be accommodated.
  3. Parties are limited to 3 hours and time slots are available for fixed 3 hour time slots.
  4. Reservations are self-service and may be made up to 6 weeks in advance via the Reservation feature of MemberSplash.
  5. Your reservation does not reserve a specific table or a space in the clubhouse. You are responsible for arriving early to reserve a space that is appropriate to accommodate your party's size.

  1. Provide a complete guest list to the front desk on the day of the event that indicates whether each guest is a member or non-member. Remember you may have 15 attendees if you reserved Party 1 or Party 2 and you may have 25 attendees if you reserved Party 3.
